Technically, you can jump up and down and you will hear the plywood. Carpeting around the home isn't "leveled". I have a lot more to list, but this is just the beginning. They're just worried about getting the houses up and don't care how sloppy the craftsmanship is. That's why they can't sell these homes now.
We even brought out a level to show it was uneven, but they were still too stubborn to listen. After they were done ruining it, it looked even worse. The second time they came, they made it even worse and left a mess of concrete on the porch. Now it makes your feet dirty with concrete every time you step on it barefoot. Also, the house was expensive and there were a lot of leftover soda cans and water bottles when we purchased and urine in the toilet. This profile has not been claimed by the company.
Truly low quality service at an insane high rate. I have had numerous problems with my Lennar house built in 2018. It almost burned down due to faulty wiring shorting out, concrete repairs don't match, unpainted repairs, and now they won't replace 6 cracked tiles despite replacing almost 40 tiles for a neighbor. I do not recommend buying a house from Lennar. In the review it mentioned an emmanuel was so impatient and rude and rushed the whole process.

It's not a clean look and an eye sore as if they didn't know what they were doing. My home wasn't cleaned prior to handing the keys over to me. Baseboards are dusty, top of kitchen cabinets were filthy from sanding to screws, etc. The plywood flooring in master bedroom is noisy bc they didn't screw it down.

Missing a chunk of doorframe, a 6 inch section of wall not painted, cracked tiles is not being too picky. I warn anyone against purchasing a Lennar home.
